services
We understand the body as a dynamic landscape where structure, movement, and spirit meet. Subtle shifts in tone or direction can signal deeper patterns, and small changes can create wide-reaching effects. By attending to these nuances, we support the body’s natural capacity to reorganize toward a more harmonious state.

select a service, and stay open to the process
Our approach is palpatory, and every session begins with therapeutic bodywork. Through touch, we sense how tissue, fluid, and qi are presenting that day. Our booking system asks you to choose a primary service — acupuncture, lymphatic work, or therapeutic bodywork — which sets the focus for your session and guides the overall direction of care. The chosen modality remains at the center of the treatment, and we work within that framework while staying attentive to the nuances your body reveals.
Small supportive methods may be integrated when they meaningfully enhance the work, helping treatment stay responsive without changing its primary focus.

acupuncture
Treatment begins with palpation, noticing how qi expresses itself through the pulses, tissues, and channels. Acupuncture works with precise neurovascular points that influence circulation, muscle tone, inflammation, and the body’s regulatory pathways. Informed by classical theory and guided by what we feel under the hands, point selection supports both local tissues and whole-system balance. Needling is tailored to the body’s response — gentle or more engaged as needed.

manual lymphatic drainage (MLD)
A medical form of lymphatic work based on the Vodder technique, using gentle, directional strokes to support lymph movement and reduce fluid congestion. This therapeutic approach is helpful for lymphedema, edema, inflammation, immune support, and post-surgical recovery, including care related to oncology treatment. This work is therapeutic rather than aesthetic, helping the body’s fluid system regain clarity and ease.

therapeutic massage
A targeted, anatomy-informed approach to bodywork that addresses musculoskeletal tension, pain patterns, and functional restriction. This work begins with palpatory assessment to understand how the tissues respond, then uses precise manual techniques to release soft tissue limitations, restore mobility, and support balanced structural function. While clinically oriented, the work also values relaxation as an essential part of healing, allowing the system to settle and reorganize.
enhancements and additional modalities
These modalities may be included within a session when indicated, or offered as structured enhancements for additional support. Many can also be scheduled as stand-alone treatments. Each modality contributes to restoring balance, supporting movement, and helping the body settle into greater ease.
red light therapy (RLT)
Uses a 7-wave R+ | NIR+ spectrum (430, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850, 1060 nm) to support mitochondrial energy production, circulation, and tissue repair.
biomat
Far-infrared heat and negative ions help the body soften into parasympathetic ease. The warmth supports circulation and releases tension, while negative ions reduce oxidative stress and support cellular function.
electro-acupuncture
Gentle electrical stimulation through acupuncture points enhances channel flow, supports neuromuscular regulation, and encourages release in areas of tension or stagnation.
ear-seeds
Seeds/pellets apply gentle, sustained pressure on auricular points connected to the vagus nerve and central nervous system. It may support regulation, reduce stress, and ease pain. Seeds stay in place for several days, providing continued therapeutic input.
cupping
Negative-pressure therapy used to lift tension from muscles and fascia, move stagnation, and improve local circulation.
gua sha
A scraping method that promotes circulation, softens tight tissue, and supports the body’s natural repair processes. Helpful for resolving stagnation, muscular patterns, and inflammatory tendencies.
eastern nutrition
Personalized dietary guidance informed by East Asian medicine. We look at how foods, temperatures, and flavors influence digestion, energy, and overall balance, offering practical support between sessions.
